1. Confirm
Bravo Contracting will confirm with you our commitment to meet your expectations. We will do this by reviewing a written quotation which specifies the brand of paint, areas to be painted, color selection for each wall and payment options.
2. Contact
We will contact you to arrange a date that we can start the project and estimate a finish date also.
3. Report
Once the project begins, you will be updated on the progress of our work. You will be able to discuss any questions, concerns or issues at that time.
4. Inspect
At the end of our work, and once we have completed our own rigorous inspection, we will ask you to walk through to ensure we have met and, we hope, exceeded your wishes.
5. Pay
Once you have signed off on the completed invoice, the crew will ask you to complete a customer comment card, and only then will we request final payment.
